What’s life without a little Ugly Truck? We made an ugly truck set (which is actually quite beautiful) for a corporate event. We’re talking dirt road, muddy old truck, cowboy hat, and some country music. You can chill in the bed, or sit up front and drive your friends! This set is one of our most successful optical illusions yet, if I may say so myself. It is also a blast to pose in and makes everyone look like a badass. The coordinator liked it so much, we’re setting up for another fun night. Come join us in Westport this Thursday at Patrick’s! There will be food drinks and dancing, and maybe some more surprises!
The set is basically a bench that we put a costume on, The back of the bench (the part you would lean against) is the majority of the truck bed, and a window that people can peak through. The part of the bench you sit on, is the door of the truck bed that opens up for easy access. We wrapped a little canvas around the bottom to hide the legs, and make some “grass” and there you have it. Throw up a cloudy sky in the background and you’re good to go.
